★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今まで食べたすき焼きの中で1番美味しかったすき焼きでした！A5ランクのお肉を塊から直接カットすることで1枚がとても大きく、食べごたえがありました！
さらに調理していただく中で、「野菜の上に肉を乗せて蒸し焼き状態にする」という調理法で材料を料理していたので、野菜はしっかり割下が染み込んでいて、肉は脂が外に出すぎず、程よく乗ってる状態で柔らかい味わいになっていました！
このお店では焼肉やステーキ、冬季限定でカニ鍋もあるので、今度来るときは違うものもいただきたいなと思います。
It was the most delicious sukiyaki I have ever eaten! By cutting A5 rank meat directly from the lump, one piece was very big and it was delicious!
During the further cooking, the ingredients were cooked by the cooking method of "putting the meat on top of the vegetables and making it steamed", so the vegetables are soaked in the cracks and the meat is fat outside. It didn't come out too much, and it had a soft taste while riding moderately!
This shop also has yakiniku, steak, and crab hotpot for winter only, so I'd like to have something different next time.
