After boiling, a big bream head came out. The taste was light. I thought it would be easier to eat if the last sardine was light and had a slightly darker color and taste. It seems that the set meal is cheap and good.
H	Hamuko Ito on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチで10分前に到着。20人ほどの列でしたが、十分一巡目に入れました。座敷に案内されると、靴を脱がないといけません。（靴下に注意です。）掘りごたつ風テーブルですので、正座はしなくていいです。手の消毒はありますが、おしぼりは出ません。（気になる方は、ウェットティッシュご持参をおすすめします。）忙しいので入店順に配膳されません。でも、そのうちちゃんと揃います。本日のお刺身定食は、3種類で各3〜4切れでした。シコシコ感にかけました。お隣の魚のあら煮のほうが美味しそうでした。ここは自由に生卵をいただけます。特別美味しかったのは、白菜のお漬物です。昆布が効いていて絶品でした。この白菜と特上の卵とコシヒカリ、豚汁で同じ価格でセットしていただければ嬉しいです。 Arrived 10 minutes before lunch. It was a line of about 20 people, but I put it in the first round. When you are guided to the tatami room, you have to take off your shoes. (Be careful with socks.) It's a digging table, so you don't have to sit upright. There is disinfection of the hands, but no hand towels. (If you are interested, we recommend that you bring a wet tissue.) Because I am busy, I will not be served in the order of entry. However, it will be ready soon. Today's sashimi set meal was 3 types, 3-4 pieces each. I felt chewy. The simmered fish next door seemed to be more delicious. You can freely eat raw eggs here. What was especially delicious was the pickled Chinese cabbage. The kelp worked and it was excellent. I would be grateful if you could set this Chinese cabbage, special egg, Koshihikari, and pork soup at the same price.

We are a boiled fish soup with a delicious fish I have never seen before or since and can not even find on google, I am a former chef! Awesome sound system too, good to see a vacuum tube amplifier. Highly recommend
