麦飯大盛は無料だったので大盛で。
白菜の浅漬けに寄りかかっている炭火で焼いた牛タンの味付けは塩・タレ・味噌から選べる。
もちろん塩で。
2品目のサラダにもたれ掛かった牛タンはスモーク。
3品目は牛タンシチュー。
山芋は青森県産らしい。
炭火が香ばしく牛タンの懐かしい弾力。
無条件に旨い。
スモークは薄くスライスされており、贅沢な箸休めとなる味付けだ。
デミグラスソースで煮込まれた牛タンシチューは、ホロホロと柔らかく飽きない量か良い。
青森県産の山芋の素晴らしさは分からなかったけど、やはり麦飯には山芋が合う。

厚切りならではの噛み応え感が堪らない。
一方で、トロロは別注文という扱いなので、結果的に一人前でも結構な値段がする。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜日18時40分くらいに来店。肉の味がしないので塩味は特に駄目で、タレにすれば良かったと思いました。テールスープは、ただのお湯。お腹が空いていたのに、要らないレベルだった。

今回はたん・ハラミ焼定食を注文しました。注文時にたんの味とご飯の量を聞かれましたので塩で普通を選びました。
この定食は牛たん2枚4切れ、牛ハラミ3切れ、お新香、味噌南蛮、テールスープと麦飯のセットです。書いていて気になりましたが牛たんの枚数って何で決まるんでしょうか？
牛たん、牛ハラミ共に厚めに切られていてかみしめるうまさがあります。それとお新香が良く合います。テールスープも美味しいです。

This time I ordered a Tan / Harami-yaki set meal. When I ordered, I was asked about the taste of tan and the amount of rice, so I chose normal salt.
This set meal is a set of 2 pieces of beef, 4 pieces, 3 pieces of beef harami, new incense, miso nanban, tail soup and barley rice. I was curious about what I was writing, but what determines the number of beef tongues?
Both beef tongue and beef harami are thickly cut and have a good taste. It goes well with the new incense. The tail soup is also delicious.
