★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 牛タン焼きはとてもやわらかく、味付けもちょうどよく、とてもおいしいです。
テールスープは油っこすぎないで、味がしっかりしているのにさっぱりと飲めてとてもおいしかったです。

규탄 단품 1320엔, 규탄 정식 1750엔
단품으로 주문했는데 양이 딱 맞았어요
하지만 다음엔 소꼬리스프, 라이스가 포함된 정식을 주문할 예정:)
약간 짠편이라 밥이랑 맥주랑 같이 먹으면 저세상맛일듯(11:30-16:00는 런치 비루가 300엔)
나이지긋하신 노부부가 운영할것 같은 가게 비주얼이지만 의외로 젊은 청년들이 운영 중.
야키타테 규탄이 통통하고 부드러우면서 식감이 좋았어요! 비싼 야키니쿠야 가지 않고도 고품질 규탄을 맛볼 수 있다는 점이 큰 장점!
한가지 아쉬운점은 슬라이스 레몬이 없어요. 폰즈, 시치미, 소금 밖에 없음 ㅠ 담에 갈땐 레몬즙 챙겨가야지. 맛집 발견해서 행보꾸

I ordered a single item and the quantity was just right.
But next time, I plan to order a set meal with oxtail soup and rice :)
It's a bit salty, so if you eat it with rice and beer, it tastes like a different world (beer for lunch is 300 yen from 11:30-16:00)
The store looks like it would be run by an elderly couple, but surprisingly, it is run by young people.
Yakitate Gyutan was plump, soft, and had a great texture! The great advantage is that you can taste high-quality Gyutan without going to expensive Yakinikuya!
The only disappointment is that there is no sliced lemon. There is only ponzu, shichimi, and salt. When you go to the wall, you need to bring lemon juice. Find a restaurant and move on

しっかりカットが入っていて食べやすいです。
厚切りで食べ応えあり。
テールスープも美味しかったです。
青唐辛子がもう少し付いていたら最高です！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内がとても狭く、席も狭い為ゆったりと食事を楽しむという雰囲気ではない。牛タンが美味しければそんな事は気にもならなかったのだろうが…牛タンが堅く端が焦げていて焼きすぎではないのか？と感じてしまった。それから白米がパサパサしていて美味しくないのとお新香のクオリティーがとても低い。これは確かに他の方の口コミにもあるように値段が高く感じるのは当たり前

If the beef tongue was delicious, I wouldn't have noticed that ... Isn't the beef tongue hard and charred at the edges and overcooked? I felt that. Also, the quality of the new incense is very low because the white rice is dry and not delicious. It is natural that this certainly feels expensive as in the reviews of other people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 薦められ初めて行きました。牛たん大盛定食(2600円)を注文。牛タンは甘い脂が滴る柔らかジューシーな物。白菜漬けは少しの酸味と野菜の甘味が感じられる。テールスープは出汁の効いたさっぱりしつつコクの有る上品な旨味スープだった。塩辛い味付けで喉が渇いてしょうがない牛タン店が多い中、どれもがちょうど良い塩加減で本当に有難い。各々の旨味に正面から向き合える嬉しさで、もう仙台に行かなくていいや、と思いました。素晴らしいバランス。焼き具合も最高！麦茶までが手抜きせず美味しかった。全てがほっとする味です。土曜日13:30頃行きましたが、ちょうど入れ替わりですんなり入店。食事を終えると3組程が待っていました。名店だけれど店内は狭く、席間隔も開けている為、テーブルが5つとカウンターに4席程で少しの人数しか入れない。でも待ってもまた食べに行きたいお店でした。川崎じもと応援券や各種クレジットカードが使えますが、かながわPayやGoToEatかながわは使えないようです。テイクアウトのお客さんも多かった。

There are many beef tongue restaurants that are thirsty due to the salty seasoning, but I am really grateful that all of them have just the right amount of salt. I was so happy to be able to face each flavor from the front, and I thought I didn't have to go to Sendai anymore. Great balance. The baking condition is also the best! Even the barley tea was delicious without cutting corners. Everything is a relaxing taste. I went there around 13:30 on Saturday, but it just changed and I entered the store smoothly. After finishing the meal, about 3 groups were waiting. Although it is a well-known store, the inside of the store is small and the seats are wide, so there are 5 tables and 4 seats at the counter, so only a small number of people can enter. But even if I waited, it was a shop I wanted to go to eat again. Kawasaki Jimoto support tickets and various credit cards can be used, but Kanagawa Pay and GoToEat Kanagawa do not seem to be usable. There were also many take-out customers.

厚切りされた牛タンには両面に格子状の切れ目が施されており、牛タン特有の歯ごたえの良さを存分に楽しむことができます。
塩加減焼き加減も丁度良く、食後に喉が渇くというようなこともありませんでした。
休日の12時半くらいに伺ったときは席が空いており、すぐに案内していただけましたが、その後次々とお客さんが来店し、お会計してお店を出るときには数名の待ちができていました。
店内はそれほど狭くありませんがミューザ川崎の中とは思えない独特の老舗感があります。
テイクアウトもやっており、ランチでもカードが使えるのは助かりました。
