s	ssh022yt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 牡蠣と鶏が美味しいお店。「牡蠣は飲み物」。一人飲みのお気に入りコースはからし枝豆→タタキ→牡蠣2ピース。鶏は当日朝にシメたものだそうで新鮮そのもの。牡蠣は主に北海道の厚岸産だそうですが、厚岸の牡蠣は川の流れと海が合わさる水のキレイなところで育ってるのがポイントなんだとか。生牡蠣食べてると、タバスコつけて食べるのをオススメされました。タバスコってもともとは牡蠣用の調味料だったそうで。宴会コースは飲み放題もつけられるらしいですが、飲み放題には日本酒は含まれないとのこと。日本酒も飲みたいので悩ましいところです。 A shop with oysters and chickens delicious.
