身は柔らかく旨味が凝縮されているようで、
一緒に頂いたテールスープも美味しく大満足なランチとなりました。
次回は夜も使わせていただきます。

単品各種タンを堪能させていただきました。
熟成牛タン 熟成特上は秀逸。
ネギたんは肉が薄いコマっぽいので、好みが分かれるかも。ランチの際は付いていなかった青唐辛子南蛮はオススメ。
ごはんセットは飲みでも必須！お値打ちで テールスープ・とろろ・麦飯（580円？？）
たんシチューはこれも好み分かれるかなあ・・・
少しぬるく、香辛料なのかえぐみが感じられるような 野菜も煮込み出がなく添える感じなので ううん・・・・
卓にコショウがないですが、お願いすると別皿でもらえます。
店内は禁煙で、店の外で吸う形式になってました。分煙とのことで 店舗内ですえると思ってたので残念・・・

ランチ麦飯は、一回お替り自由。
七味と柚子胡椒が、テーブルに常備。
胡椒がないのが、こだわりなのかな？

Aged beef tongue is excellent in aging.
Negiantan has thin pieces of meat, so you may have different tastes. We recommend the green pepper Nanban, which was not included at lunch.
A rice set is also required for drinking! Great value for tail soup, grated yam and rice (580 yen?)
I wonder if Tantan stew also has different tastes...
It's a little lukewarm, and it's a spicy scent that you can feel the vegetables are added without being cooked.
There is no pepper on the table, but you can get another plate if you ask.
