スタッフさんもフレンドリーで、今のご時世、こまめに消毒もされている様子。また、遊びに行きたいです。

オモチャの入れ替えがあったら嬉しいな～。ここすら子どもに飽きられちゃったら、雨の日に行くところが本当になくなっちゃうので。。。

ただ、やはり人気の施設だからか、週末で雨の日となると昼から3時にかけてはひどい混雑になる。コロナ禍であの密度は施設側の管理体制に疑問がある。入場組数の制限をしてほしい。
また、親の目が離れていた他所の子供に、我が子がぶたれる事態が起き、親の方はすみません〜と言いながらエビの如く後ろ歩きで去っていった。我が子に怪我が無かったのでそのまま見送ったが、混み合えばこう言ったことはより頻発するだろう。責任回避の注意事項記載があっても、トラブルそのものを回避する点で、面積に適した人数制限の検討を期待したい。、

料金設定がちょっと高めですかね。
試しに30分だけ遊びましたが、延長10分で100円追加料金かかります。遊ぶなら1dayパスの方がお得かも。

その日の買い物などの都合で4箇所のキドキド並びにボーネルンドあそびのせかいによく行きますが、ここが一番親のマナーが悪いと毎度感じます。
また他店ではプレイリーダーの方達が程よい距離感で遊んでくれますが、ここはスタッフ同士お喋り。
若いスタッフの方が多いこともありますが、子供の接し方が上手くない方も。
嫌がる人見知りの1歳のうちの子に無理矢理抱っこして更に泣かせたのには驚きでした。
また、親がリラックス出来る場所も必要でしょうが、スマホをずっといじっていたり、お喋りに夢中で自分達の子供を全然見ていないで不愉快なトラブルに巻き込まれることもしばしば。
またおもちゃも無くなっているまま補充もなされていない。隣のショップで販売しているものなのですがね。
行くなら平日のお昼を跨ぐ時間帯に行くことをお勧めします。

UNLIMITED 1-day passes are first come first served for 1,200 on weekdays, and 1,700 on weekends and holidays. The passes allow you to enter, leave, and return as often as you like the same day. Great place for rainy days.
