落ち着く雰囲気がある。華やかなデザートがないけど、幸せを感じた。
 The price was friendly and the cafe and sweet potato were delicious.
There is a calm atmosphere. There was no gorgeous dessert, but I felt happy.

妻と2人でコーヒーとカフェオレを注文。
お隣の常連さん？の量の半分くらいのものを提供されました。
二度と行かない。
これが京都のイケズってやつでしょうかね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 下賀茂神社に向かう途中で来店しました。ちょうど昼の12時過ぎに入りましたが、お客さんは私1人でした。
お店の雰囲気はとっても素敵です！レトロですがとても綺麗で落ち着いていて、長居したくなってしまいます。
今回はお腹が空いてなかったのでコーヒーのみでしたが、今度はトーストも頼んでみたいです。
I came to the store on the way to Shimogamo Shrine. It was just past 12:00 noon, but I was the only customer.
The atmosphere of the shop is very nice! It's retro, but it's very beautiful and calm, and it makes me want to stay longer.
This time I wasn't hungry so I only had coffee, but this time I would like to order toast as well.

モーニング☕️コーヒーが飲みたくて立ち寄りました。
チーズハムのホットサンドとサラダ玉子を付けて800円でした。
コーヒーの味はマイルドな酸味と苦味の香るアメリカンタイプのコーヒーです。
サイフォンで、一杯一杯、いれてくれるコーヒーでした。
ＢＧＭはハードバップジャズが流れていました。
初期のコルトレーンやウイントンケリーなどです。
お客様は私をいれて3人、朝のひととき、ゆっくり過ごせました。
観光客の方々が増えると混むかも知れません、
★一つ引かせていただいたのは、コーヒーにもう少し、コクと深みが欲しかったからです。

Morning ☕️ I stopped by because I wanted to drink coffee.
It was 800 yen with a cheese ham hot sandwich and a salad egg.
The taste of coffee is American type coffee with mild acidity and bitterness.
It was a siphon and a cup of coffee.
Hard bop jazz was playing in BGM.
Early Coltrane and Wynton Kelly.
Three customers, including me, were able to spend a relaxing time in the morning.
It may get crowded as the number of tourists increases,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ サイフォンで丁寧に淹れる喫茶店。落ち着いた店内と品のあるオーナーさん。モーニングセットの珈琲もしっかりとした味で美味しかった。次回はストレート珈琲を楽しみたいと思ってます。
A coffee shop where you can siphon carefully. The calm interior and the elegant owner. The coffee in the morning set was also delicious with a solid taste. Next time I would like to enjoy straight coffee.

休日15時ごろ、先客さま3組さま。
その後何組かいらっしゃいましたが、8割ほどの入り状況になった頃には新しいお客様はお断りされていました。
高年齢層のご夫婦(おそらく)お二人で切り盛りされていらっしゃるので、無理はしない方針なのかも。
ただ、近隣は列のできているお店が散見されました。
こちらはまだハードルが低いかも。

ごくごく普通の、美味しいコーヒーでした。

It's very close to Shimogamo Shrine, so it's easy to enter even when other stores are in line! The space between seats is also wide.
Around 15:00 on holidays, 3 pairs of customers.
After that, there were several groups, but by the time the number of people reached about 80%, new customers were refused.
It may be a policy not to overdo it because it is a couple of older couples (probably).
However, there were some shops in the neighborhood.
This may still have a low hurdle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内にロイヤルコペンハーゲンのイヤーズプレートがずらっと飾られており、個人的にこの雰囲気が大好きです。
コーヒーは大変飲みやすく、この辺りで時間を潰すのでしたらここをお勧めします。私もこの辺りで仕事がある際に、さぼ…ではなく休憩でよく利用しています。
Royal Copenhagen's Year's Plates are lined up inside the store, and I personally love this atmosphere.
Coffee is very easy to drink, so if you want to kill time around here, I recommend this place. When I have a job around here, I often use it for breaks instead of sabo.
