★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You know it's good, when they don't offer an English menu! Located on the first floor in a neat complexthis cozy café offers aromatic coffee and delightful treats, as well as other fair priced meals. Great space to both work in and enjoy a book or conversation.
**Worth noting are the two stores on the ground level. Hedgehog Books & Gallery has a number of interesting hand-made/designed crafts and The Stockroom offers an extensive selection of vintage and antique wares.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there as our guide book recommended. Turned out it was a wrong decision to go there.
They served a totally sour Yebisu beer from the tap that has gone off... but even worse was... Though being pointed out about it, the manager was still not apologetic at all but only saying.... “I understood...” with so-what challenging attitude...
Disaster... bad care about what they serve, poor customer service and attitude...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely drinks and food in a very cozy cafe on a quiet street. I came at a busy time this time around and was put in the back room -- still okay but not that warm, especially as I came alone. The curry I had was fantastic. I would come here to do work during their more quiet hours (when I would feel okay spending more time inside the cafe) but as of summer 2019 there is no WIFI.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fab space on the 2F & 3F that manages to be both cozy and hip (especially in the lounge at the back). Very nice curry (I disagree with the complaints about portion size), reasonable wine and a slight obsession with nuclear power (getting rid of it) - I’d rather dump coal, oil and hydro myself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cozy atmosphere. Service was great. Spacious. They were attentive with refilling our water even as we sat in the back room. The omurice was lackluster but my friends enjoyed their other meals. Their desserts run out at night, though, so come earlier if you’re there for sweets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice cafe in a side road from the river. no river view though and also no WiFi - that is why I put only four stars (and maybe because no english menu) but at least the waiter I had, spoke very good english and the quality of the chai tea was very nice. it is warm and spacey, good music and enough seats available. it is in the first floor of a house, easy to be overseen , but definitely worth to check out
