★ ★ ★ ★ ★ McDonald's is always better in Japan with just a better quality of food. I definitely recommend visiting McDonald's if you haven't while in Japan. They have a good selection of good items; especially the seasonal stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is my most favorite McDonald's in all Kyoto. Crew is friendly and polite. There are few tourists and it is quiet. There are second-hand recycling shops in the vicinity and you can enjoy watching various things on the way back.

The drive through is really busy around noon and not many parking spaces are available.
