とても気に入った物件があったので問い合わせたら、「そこは2人では住めない」と言われた。
翌日どうしても気になって他の仲介に電話したら2人入居可能とわかり、かつ本日他の人に決まりました。とのこと…
キンキホームにもう1度問い合わせたが、結局2人入居可能だった。
しかし圧のある男性社員(名乗りもしない)からなぜか私が怒られ、謝罪も一切無し。
また折り返しますんで。と言ったきり何も連絡もない。
もしここの仲介が間違った情報を言わなければ、スムーズに決まっていたのに。
ネット上の物件情報も間違ったものが他にもいくつもあり、家探しの邪魔をする最悪の業者。

I contacted Kinki Home again, but in the end it was possible for two people to move in.
However, for some reason I was angry by a pressured male employee (who did not even give his name), and there was no apology.
I'll turn it back again. I didn't get any contact.
If the mediation here didn't give the wrong information, it would have been decided smoothly.
There are many other incorrect property information on the internet, and it is the worst trader who interferes with finding a house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員みなヤル気なしサービス最低。客を客と思ってない最悪な不動産屋！二度と行く事はない。何年か前に業務停止になっても同じ事を繰り返している。完全仲介で契約後は一切対応してくれない。
All the clerk have the lowest service. The worst real estate agent who doesn't think of customers as customers! I will never go again. The same thing is repeated even if the business is suspended several years ago. It is a complete intermediary and does not respond at all after the contract.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この店舗だけの問題では無いんでしょうが、賃貸住宅はカギとチェーンを絶対一緒にかけたほうが良いです。
以前こちらの店舗の方が突然鍵を開けて勝手に入ってきました。店舗からの謝罪の電話も無し、私から苦情の電話をしてもヘラヘラ笑って誤魔化す。
最低です。
