★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店は明るくてきれいでした。応対していただいた女性の営業の方は、私の無理な条件もしっかり聞いてくれて、希望する部屋を紹介していただきました。売買の部門もしっかりしていると聞いたので、住み替えるときにも、また海田店さんを利用させて頂きたいです。
 The shop was bright and beautiful. The female sales person who responded listened to my unreasonable conditions and introduced me to the room I wanted. I heard that the trading department is also solid, so I would like to use the Kaita store again when I move to another place.

今まで色々な業種の店員を見てきましたが、態度にこんなにも不愉快になったのは初めてです。こちらの質問には明確な答えを出さず、一方的な説明、それだけならまだしも、念押しの確認をしたらあからさまに不機嫌になり、顔も合わさずこの場で契約しないなら帰ってという態度。この女性は接遇を一からやり直した方がいい。不在の際に代わりに出てきた男性店員は、私では分かりませんの一言。わざわざ事前に連絡してたのに、代わりの案内すると言っていたのに、それは分かりません。しか言われず。わざわざ会社休んで来たのに⁉️そんな連携もできないなんて、サービス失格だし、毎回腹が立ってばかりでした。こんなに足を運ぶたび不快になる営業しか出来ないなんて、さすがアパマンクオリティだなと納得しました。
二度と利用しません。

I was convinced that it was Apaman quality that I could only do business that made me uncomfortable every time I visited.
I will never use it again.

なんの確認も取らず、「賃料滞納しているから早急に金払ってくれ」と突然メールしてきました。全く身に覚えが無いと電話で話しても、鼻で笑われ嫌味を言われ、お金を払わされる始末。
結局アパマンショップ 側の管理確認不足によるミス。
管理確認不足の原因は、雨が降っている為資料を確認出来ないという意味不明な言い訳。
2度と利用しない。

電話対応の低品質さ……です。
過去の私にアドバイスするなら不動産屋は山ほどあるのでほかを当たれと言います……貸す時だけ親切なのはほかも同じかもですが。
