★ ★ ★ ★ ★ しっかり分かる人が居ない場合がある(非常に困る)。大家→管理会社→シティーホームという感じで出している物件だと、シティーホームに礼金を、管理会社に家賃の半分を渡すことになって余計に金が必要。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ あまりに酷くずさん。大家をよく知っていると言うので契約したら電気ガス水道駄目なとこで退去を2週間でしようとしたら畳全て交換で10万の敷金返金不可と説明親にされた。1年立っても契約時話したDIY念書も貰えない。大家が認知症か知らないが家の近く徘徊したり電話かけてきて勝手にDIYしたと文句言ってくる。
とんだ債務不履行！水道も飲めない水しか出ず健康被害まである。未だにそれに対しても連絡ない!
どうしてくれるわけ?
Too bad. He said he knew the landlord well, so when he signed a contract, he explained that he couldn't refund 100,000 deposits by exchanging all tatami mats if he tried to move out in two weeks because he couldn't use electricity, gas and water. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ある日家に戻ったらなぜか契約してる駐車場が無くなってました。名札を取られ他の人の車が停まってました。何も聞かされてないし本当に意味が分からなくて不動産屋に電話しました。不動産屋の店長は大家に確認すると言いました。ですが不動産屋の店長からの電話は「大家は分からないと言ってましたよ？」で終わりで全く解決する気がさらさらなかった様子です。え、それで終わりですか？と聞いたら「え、他にどうしてほしいんですか？」と言われました。仕事の前に人としてどーなんて思いました。部屋探しの時と入居後の態度が違いすぎてやばい不動産屋だなと思いました。そして店長は部屋探しの時のみ良い人です。それ以外は知識はないし適当なことを言うし全く頼りにならないです。
