★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 全てがいい加減でした。まず報連相で全然できていなく本当にここで契約していいか不安でした。確認して連絡しますって言って確認していない事も多い。信頼ができず見積もり見せてもらった時も上乗せしているのかと不安になったので別のとこに行きました。
Everything was sloppy. First of all, I wasn't able to do it at all with Ho-Ren-So, and I was worried whether I could really sign a contract here. In many cases, I haven't confirmed by saying that I will confirm and contact you. I couldn't trust it, and when I was asked to give me an estimate, I was worried that I would add it, so I went to another place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いい評価もあるので担当さんによってはいいんだと思いますが自分の担当は接客態度においても全て最悪だったので二度と行きません。
ここ家賃交渉できてこれぐらい下がりますよって案内もSUUMOで見たらすでにその家賃で掲載されていた事にはもう笑いしかでませんでした。
いろんな意味でありがとうございました。
I think it's okay depending on the person in charge because there is a good evaluation, but I will never go again because my charge was all the worst in terms of customer service.
I can negotiate the rent here and it will go down so much, so when I saw the information on SUUMO, I could only laugh at the fact that it was already posted at that rent.
