上の階の騒音が酷く困ってると言ったら
男性従業員人が
自分で対応して下さいと言うてきた
大家の所に行かずにもめたろか？
と思うたが～
大人やから
大家に何回も相談した
不動産屋は上の階がうるさいの知ってたよね？
少し前他県で騒音が原因で殺人事件があったよね？
自分でヤってくれと言われた時
こう言う事を言うから何かが起きる
だろうと思うた
後、
大手の不動産屋だとは知らんかったわ
不動産は一回も顔を出さずに
大家さんが部屋の移動を進めてくれた
本当に不動産屋は窓口だけで
後は知らんぷりですわ
部屋番の書類も変えなアカン書類もあると思うんねんけど
忙しい会社やから

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ エイブルのシステムがどのようなものかわからないのでここにレビューを書くべきか分かりませんが...
エイブルが行なっている各サービスは他会社が行なっている為か、退去の場合は各自で各サービスを運営している会社に連絡を促されます。
保険やインフラなどは各自連絡が必要な理由もわかるのですが、ライフサポート24も自主的に連絡しなければならないです。(退去時に確認されなかった)
また、引っ越し後の住所も退去手続きの際に連絡したが、引っ越し前の住所にどしどし手紙がきます。なんのために住所を教える必要があったのか…
ここまで各サービスの連携が取れていない不動産業者は初めてです。

I understand why insurance and infrastructure need to be contacted by each person, but Life Support 24 must also contact them voluntarily. (Not confirmed when moving out)
I also contacted the address after moving during the move-out procedure, but I will receive a letter to the address before moving. Why did I need to give my address ...
This is the first real estate agent that has not been able to link each service so far.

内見予約をした日にエイブルへ行くと担当者が休みで何も聞いていないと言われた。
安月給だったので安さに負けて契約したが、
数カ月後、夏に給湯器が壊れて風呂に入れないとエイブルに連絡して3日、連絡なし。
直接エイブルに行って聞くと大家と連絡が取れないと言い出し、呆れて帰っている途中に大家と連絡が取れましたと言われた。ありえない。
結局、給湯器が直ったのはその１週間後。
そんな事が続いたのですぐ部屋を解約。
解約の時もエイブルと連絡を取り合い、日時と時間を決めたにもかかわらず、その時間に来ない。
30分待っても来ないので、エイブルに電話。
担当者と連絡が取れなかったと言い出す始末。
初めから最後まで最悪だった。

A few months later, in the summer, the water heater broke and I contacted Able if I couldn't take a bath, and I didn't contact him for 3 days.
When I went to Able directly and asked, he said that he could not contact the landlord, and he was told that he was able to contact the landlord on his way home. Impossible.
After all, the water heater was fixed a week later.
As such a thing continued, I immediately canceled the room.
Even when I canceled the contract, I kept in touch with Able and decided the date and time, but I didn't come at that time.
I didn't come even after waiting for 30 minutes, so I called Able.
Disposal saying that the person in charge could not be contacted.
It was the worst from the beginning to the end.
