M	MASAHIRO MIZUSAKI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜日の13時過ぎに伺いました。何席か空いている状態。入ってすぐ右のレジで先にお金を払って、注文する方式でした。汁なし担担麺3辛と温泉たまご680円を注文しました。非常にシンプルな見ためです。店内の案内どおりよく混ぜましたが、汁がなくなるほどに混ぜるのは無理でした。麺が固めで好みでした。辛みはそれほどないです。痺れが結構ありました。もう少し安いといいのにと思いました。 I visited after 13:00 on Saturday. Some seats are vacant. It was a method of ordering by paying first at the cash register on the right after entering. I ordered 3 spicy noodles without soup and 680 yen for hot spring eggs. It's a very simple look. I mixed it well according to the instructions in the store, but it was impossible to mix it so much that the juice was exhausted. The noodles were firm and I liked it. It's not so hot. I had a lot of numbness. I wish it was a little cheaper.
h	hitonari tadano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 広島アンテナショップ内にある出張所。汁無し坦々麺のランチセット（温玉とライス付）にネギ盛りトッピングで3辛を注文。細ネギてんこ盛りで麺が見えませんがネギ臭さとかはなく食べやすいです。初めては2辛がおすすめとされていましたが3辛でもそんなに辛いとは感じなかったですが個人差あるので2辛頼んでテーブルにある後掛けブレンド山椒や唐辛子で辛さ調整すると良いかと。温玉は麺に投下するのではなく、すき焼きのように麺をつけながら食べるのが推奨されており、やってみるとまろやかで卵の甘みが良い具合にアクセントとなり美味しかったです。そしてラストにライスイン！これもイケます。温玉取っておいて最後にライスと混ぜるのも美味しいと思います。場所的にゆっくりできる感じではないですが、結構クセになる味なので機会があればまた行きたいです。 A branch office in the Hiroshima antenna shop. You can't see the noodles because of the fine green onions, but it's easy to eat because it doesn't smell like green onions. For the first time, 2 spicy was recommended, but I didn't feel that 3 spicy was so spicy, but since there are individual differences, I thought it would be better to ask for 2 spicy and adjust the spiciness with Japanese pepper or chili pepper on the table. It is recommended to eat hot balls with noodles like sukiyaki instead of dropping them on the noodles, and when I tried it, it was mellow and the sweetness of the eggs was a nice accent and it was delicious. And rice in the last! This is also cool. I think it's also delicious to save the hot balls and mix them with rice at the end. It doesn't feel like you can relax in terms of location, but it tastes quite addictive, so I would like to go there again if I have the opportunity.

We had the "level 1" out of 6 spicy levels dish, and it was still quite hot however! There was also a lot less meat than what was advertised on the display.
B	Boss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried shiru nashi tantan men in hiroshima recently and loved it so when I found this store I was excited. It's great especially if your a fan of sansho which I am. The other place I went in hiroshima also offered different types of sansho which you could add making the meal even more enjoyable. Still very good but didn't match up to what I ate last time. Also the place is inside of a hiroshima produce store so don't go looking for stand alone store.
