天ぷらそばは、つゆが澄んでいてなおかつ、出汁の旨味がしっかりと。
もりは細切りそば。温は太めのそばです。
ただ、男には少な目ね。

Mori is shredded soba. Onn is thick soba.
However, it is a little for men.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 扉開けたら普通の民家、左手に蕎麦打ち場があるけど。
誰も来てくれないし、声かけても返事ながないので不安だけど、勝手に進むと座敷発見。ここでいらっしゃいと。
一見だとここまでで疲れる。
もり、鴨つけを注文。
蕎麦の香り、歯ごたえ、味わい充分。かえし旨し、鴨つけは香りが食べる前から判るくらい上品。あぁ旨いなぁ。蕎麦が好きな人がやっているんだなと感じるお店。
蕎麦湯もかえしにも、鴨汁にも合う。最後まで旨い。
個人的には蕎麦の香りが消えるかも知れないけど、もっと冷水でしめて貰ったらありがたいかなと。あと、入るまでの不安感がなければ有難い。

蕎麦うまい？
これくらいならどこでもあるけど
値段と量が。。
この田舎でこの値段
蕎麦と鴨汁だけでこれか。。。ネギもこじんまり。。
記憶に残りません
つゆへの拘りは感じましたが。また食べたい感じではなかったです。
あと、料理人の方 料理中は頭に何か被るかしててもらいたい。
ランチタイムにすんなり入れたから普段はあまりいないのかな？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022'04/02(土) ん！うまい。粗挽きじゃない細かい粉で細めんなのに、口の中に広がる味、鼻に抜ける香り。期待していなかったが当たりだ、昼から通しで5時迄の様で3時に来たら私一人でした、又来ます。
2022'04/02 (Sat) Hmm! good. Even though it is fine powder that is not coarsely ground, it has a taste that spreads in the mouth and a scent that goes through the nose. I didn't expect it, but it's a hit, it seems to be from noon to 5 o'clock, and when I came at 3 o'clock, I was alone, I will come again.

売り切れじまいになる事もあるけれど17時まで通しで営業されている事も魅力の一つ。
