紅	紅小町 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて行きました。最初に目に入ってきた「イベリコ豚付け汁そば」の貼紙を見てオーダーしました。が、別のお客が「しのぶあんそば」をオーダーしたのを聞いてお品書きを確認すると定番メニューにうもれており、あちゃーこっちが良かったと後悔。ダメ元で掛け合ってみると、もう作り始めているとの事、諦めました。ところお店の方が厨房の方に頼み込んでくださり「しのぶあんそば」をオーダーできました。勝手なわがままを聞いてくださり本当にご迷惑をおかけしました。しかしながらこの「しのぶあんそば」は絶品でした。お品書きには野菜天付きとだけ添えてありました。いざ膳がやってくるとそばちょこに何やら入っています。香りを確認すると大根の絞り汁でした。これはきっと辛味大根に違いありません。お店の方がすぐに説明にいらして、絞り汁に合わせて蕎麦つゆも濃い目との事です。絞り汁は辛すぎることなく甘みすら感じました。常陸秋そばは更科風の細切りで細いけどしっかりたしたコシがあり辛口のつゆに合っています。野菜天はさつま芋、ナス、スナップエンドウ、大葉でこちらもカラッと揚がりさっぱりとしています。お新香の皿は小鉢にたっぷりキャベツの浅漬にカンナで削った鰹節がかかり、漬物嫌いな私ですが完食しました。家庭的で温かい接客と絶品の蕎麦、素敵なお店に出会えて幸せな気持ちになりました。お土産に自家製?そら豆を買いました。また是非お邪魔したいお店です。ごちそうさまでした。 I went there for the first time. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by listening to your selfishness. However, this "Shinobu Ansoba" was excellent. The item was only accompanied by a vegetable heaven. When the set comes, something is in the soba noodles. When I checked the scent, it was radish juice. This must be a spicy radish. The shop staff immediately came to explain that the soba soup was thick with the squeezed soup. The squeezed juice was not too spicy and even sweetened. Hitachi Aki Soba is finely chopped in a Sarashina style, but it has a firm body and is suitable for dry soup. Vegetable heavens are sweet potatoes, eggplants, snap peas, and perilla, which are also crispy and refreshing. The plate of new incense is a small bowl with plenty of lightly pickled cabbage and dried bonito flakes cut with canna, and I hate pickles, but I ate it completely. It made me happy to meet the warm and homely customer service, the exquisite soba noodles, and the wonderful shop. I bought homemade broad beans as a souvenir. It is a shop that I definitely want to visit again. Thank you for the meal.

丸	丸くん@ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて友人と訪問。盛りそばとミニ天丼頂きました。お蕎麦は更科そばに近い殻を取り除いた白色のお蕎麦。腰があり蕎麦の上品な薫りがします。つゆはちょっと俺的には甘めかな。天丼は極普通に旨いです。季節の野菜に大きめな海老臭みもなく普通に旨いお蕎麦は細めなのでゆっくり食べると伸びるので早めに頂くと良いと思います。評価的には4.5かなぁ。また行こう！(笑) Visited with a friend for the first time. I had a soba noodle and a mini-tendon. Soba is a white soba with the shell near Sarashina soba removed. It is chewy and has an elegant scent of buckwheat noodles. The soup is a little sweet for me.
