場の空気読んで、 高評価の流れで、 嘘ついてでも、 美味しいって言いたいんですけど・・・無理。 つけ蕎麦は顎が疲れるくらいの歯応え。 ゴムの二歩手前ってところです。 これが良いのか・・・・? 美味しいと言っておいた方が良いのか? たまたま茹で時間が足りなかったのか? 本当にあの蕎麦って美味しい? 店名にも入っているのでせっかくだから鴨つけ蕎麦を。 太い田舎蕎麦を堪能できるといったコメントが多かったので色々と想像していました。 □蕎麦は太いゴム □つけ汁の味は甘くなくて良い □鴨は萎びて固いミミガーのよう。 □なんで白ご飯がついてくるのだろう。 □漬物美味しいです。 ゴム蕎麦以外はそこまで悪い印象ないんだけど、ゴム過ぎて蕎麦食べたのに後から胃の調子が悪くなりました。

大盛りの蕎麦を家族で分けて食べるお店だと知らずに一人で得盛りを頼み、頑張ってなんとか食べ切りました。 ガラスで仕切られた店内に石臼があり引き立ての蕎麦粉で蕎麦をうっているようです。 そばがき蕎麦と名乗っているように今まで食べたことのない感じの太さ&腰の強さ。好き嫌い分かれそうですが、私は好みでした。好みの濃いめのつゆだったのでこの量食べ切れた感があります。 太い蕎麦の茹で時間がかかるであろう事や人気店とあってかお客さんが多い事もあってか料理が出てくるのに結構な時間がかかりました。余裕持っていかれることをお勧めします。

日曜12時訪問。この日はluckyな事に一組待ちで着席。日曜日もランチメニュー有。 太めのお蕎麦でそばがきと言い人気のお店。そば湯は熱々濃厚ポットで席に常設。 女性専用お手洗も有り。まん防の為にしばらくは11時〜14時迄の営業時間変更有り。

ランチタイムで利用。 初めてだったのでランチメニューの丼そばセットを注文。 連れは、 鴨つけ汁 の小そばを注文していました 。この日の丼物はカレー丼でした。 蕎麦は毎日石臼で挽いているとのことでとても香りが良くまた切り方もやや太めの乱切りで自分の好みです。 連れのつけ蕎麦も少しいただいたのですが熱々の汁に冷たいそばがよく合います。 そして一番驚いたのは蕎麦湯が濃厚だということです。 お店の方に聞いたところそば湯のみで飲まれる方も多いとのこと。 次は自分もつけ汁にしようと思いました。
