M	Masashi Sato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても美味しい蕎麦をいただきました。もりそばをいただきました。蕎麦はちょっと粗めで表面は少しざらついています。時期的に新蕎麦ではなかったと思いますが（聞いたわけではないです）、香りがあり、コシもあって美味しかったです。ちょっとだけ噛みごたえがあるくらいのコシでした。つゆは、醤油が辛めで私好みです。もう少しカツオダシが強いと完璧なのですが、税込800円というコストパフォーマンスを考えたら望み過ぎでね。接客も丁寧で、店内も広く快適でした。ただ、打ち立てを出すようで、お時間がかかるので、ゆっくりするのはいいですが、街の蕎麦屋感覚だと遅すぎると思います。 I had a very delicious soba. I really enjoy my soba but I don't like much the tempura. Although I am a bit picky for tempura. Next time I will try different soba menu. I got silky pudding with a nice caramel sauce. I could taste the honey. I will come back this place ?
