A popular restaurant where you can enjoy fresh offal grilled at a reasonable price. 20 minutes before the store opened at 16:30, it was already full and crowded with drinks. I wonder if Nagai is useless, as it is a style that allows you to quickly pick up the skewers you are looking for.

だが、串だけの予約ができるらしい。
2000円でおつりがもらえるお店で、重宝する(笑)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この夜の2軒目はもつ焼きの名店カッパに行きました。いつもは満席のことが多いですがたまたま空き席があり入店です。コの字カウンターの入口側に座りました。
もつ焼き何種類かと瓶ビールでサクッといただきご馳走さまでした。せんべろの名店ですね！
The second restaurant of the night went to Kappa, a famous grilled offal restaurant. It's usually full, but it happens that there are vacant seats and I enter the store. I sat on the entrance side of the U-shaped counter.
We had some kinds of grilled offal and a bottle of beer for a quick treat. It's a famous Senbero store!

吉祥寺の素敵なコミュニティスポット！開店から続々と常連らしき方々が着席されなれた感じで注文していく姿を見ながら食べるヤキトンとお酒はなんともいい雰囲気。シンプルな構成ながら大事な部分はしっかり守り決めている感じに共感しました。

A nice community spot in Kichijoji! The atmosphere of Yakiton and sake is very nice while watching the people who seem to be regulars ordering from the opening of the store as if they were seated. I sympathized with the feeling that the important parts were firmly protected despite the simple structure.

すぐに席に座れました。
三十分後にはギューギューで立呑多数。
美味しすぎてレバーは何回もおかわり。
スタッフの方々も素敵でした★

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ もつがこんなに美味いなんて!! レバ、カシラ、チレ、シロなど全部旨くてため息の連続。
吉祥寺南口をでてすぐ丸井の向かい側という場所にあるもつ焼きの人気店。だいぶ前から気になっていたのだけどいつも混んでいて入れなかったのが、今日はちょっと早めに上がって途中下車。17時半着でもカウンター席は一杯でまずは立ち飲み席にてスタートです。初めてでしたがスタッフの方がすぐに分かりやすく案内してくれるのでホッとします。
ラガー大瓶をオーダーしてから串を注文。カシラ、レバー、タンとチレ（脾臓）、ネギを塩でお願いしました。レバーについては「軽く焼きますか」と聞かれたのでその通りに。レビューを拝見すると20分ぐらいかかったとありましたがそれほどでなく10分はかからずレバーの提供。一口食べて「旨い!!!!」半分レアで外側はこんがり焼けて塩加減が絶妙！レバーなのに臭みもなく半分レアのまろやかさと言ったらなんとも言えず。相当に美味いです。続いてタンとカシラも美味いが、初めて食べるチレは、ハラミとカシラ、レバーの間というような不思議な触感でありつつこれも美味い。
と、もつ焼きでこんなに美味いのは初めてだと感動しているうちに席が空いて案内されました。そしてシロとハツを塩で追加オーダー。ハツの歯ごたえもいいし、鶏皮に似ているシロはほんのり臭みがありつつこれもよき。
スタッフの皆さんは割と若い人ばかりで5人もいて接客も手際よく気持ちの良い受け答えで素晴らしいし、オーダーはスマホで少ないメニューながらも焼き方や塩タレ醤油の別とかいろんな注文を素早く入力しているし、デリバリーにも対応して、支払いもPaypay とauペイにも対応しているので、見たところ老舗のもつ焼きやさんなのに時代にマッチしているのがすごいですよ。ラガー大瓶121円均一の串を8本頼んでお会計は1500円!! チョイのみには最高のお店でした。これは今後ちょくちょく寄りたいです。
