大人2名子供小学低学年で来店。予約時に構成は伝えてある。
1.ワサビのついたお通しが子供にも出てくる。当然そこに500円が乗る
2.日本酒頼んだらお猪口3つ持ってくる笑
3.串のお任せ12本セットを頼んだ。12本がランダムで出てくるのかと思いきや、3本ずつ出てくる。大人だけで食べたかったのに。しかも、ニンニク焼きなど、どう考えても子供が食べられない物も3本来る
3.注文お揃いですか？と来たときに、まず串が足りていない、本数が足りていない。そして、来ていない商品がある。それで会計をせかしてくる状態
4、ホールの店員は商品知識が浅い。名物料理の、手揉みサラダを、手掴みサラダと言っている位。
兎に角、ホールのスキル、レベルが低い。値段は高い。そこにはサービス料やスキルも含まれているさずだ。例えばおまかせで有れば苦手なものを聞くとか、子供も含めるのか、とか。ホールの仕事とは、客と厨房を繋ぐ事だ。そう言う意味で一切の連携が感じられなかった。
勿論、子供お断りの店であれば、その様なサービスの必要は無い。しかし、ホームページにはテーブル席はご家族も、と記載されているのだ。その様な客を想定に入れた以上、そこへの最低限の対応は必要であろう。
子供にどう考えても酒のあてでしかないものをお通しに出して500円取る事が正当なのかとか。
また、その割には酒の提供がとても遅い事とか。
味は悪くはないが、値段を取ると言うことは、その様な面を含めて一流でないと続かないだろう。 味だけで言えば同じ久我山の大木家の方が単純な焼きの旨さは上である。
この店にもう一度行きたい、人を連れて行きたい、と思わせる様もう一工夫が必要である。

鶏白湯のスープ、手羽の焼き鳥はまた次回も頼みたいです。
ワンドリンク制ということですが、人数分の飲み物を頼んだとしても、それぞれの人が飲む分でないとダメというシステムです。
水以外のものを飲まない子供が一緒だったので、大人がお酒を二杯頼みましたが、後から子供用のファーストドリンクを追加する様に言われました。
特にファミリーで行かれる方はご留意を！

残念ながらコロナ禍のため、メニューが若干縮小されていましたがそれでも1品1品とても美味しかったです！
1本のボリュームが結構あり満足度高いので頼みすぎに注意してください！
私が食べた中で、1番と言っても過言ではないほど美味しい焼き鳥でした。
店内も広々と清潔でした。
コロナの中大変な思いをされながら営業していると思いますが、是非今後も頑張ってください。

ただ、そっと出汁を感じさせる。
野菜は新鮮さを残して、こんがりも加えてて……あ、私そろそろ……かな。と。
で、うずらくん。食べて味が広がって…「あ、これは勝ち組」とか言ってしまった。
なぜか…？すぐ言っちゃうけど、中がちょうどいい半熟具合で、旨味が溶け出してきたからです。。。
染み込んだつゆととろける黄身が…至福！！！！
小さいからこそ、ひとつひとつに幸せを感じられて、ありがとうございます……
そして、写真撮るの忘れちゃったんだけど、ここの鶏のスープがシメすぎる。（一時期やってたランチの鶏ラーメンのスープなんだけど、そのスープの良質さがおかしかった。どう引き出したらこんなに質が上がるのかと思う。）
思い出しながら書いてると、もうすぐに食べたくなるんだよな……うずら。
