h	hakpp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大好きな焼きとん屋。 1本から注文できるのが嬉しい。生キャベツを頼んで、焼きとんを包んで食べるのがおススメです。ここの店長が焼いた焼きとんと他スタッフの焼いた焼きとん。全然違うのでぜひ店長が出勤している日に伺うと良いです。 My favorite grilled tongue shop. K	K traveler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりに週末、伺った。焼き鳥、焼とんは相変わらずなかなか旨い。しかし、接客には改善すべき点があるのでないか。お客さんは沢山いたが、スタッフは2人しかなかった。近くのお客さんは店長が焼き鳥を持ってきた時にお酒を注文し、店長が注文を復唱していた。しかし、後から来て隣の席に座ったお客にはお酒を持ってきたが、上記のお客の注文は忘れられたようで、お酒を持った来なかった。お客さんは諦めて帰ってしまった。スタッフが少なく注文を忘れることが懸念される時は、例えば、・注文を受けたら、すぐにメモを取る。・他の焼とん屋さんが行っているように、お客さんに、お酒や料理の注文をメモに書いて渡してもらう。（他のお店では料理だけメモに書いてもらっているが）これだけでも、スタッフが注文を記憶する負担は減少し、お客にも不快を感じさせなくなる。 ------------------ （2021年12月）間口は広くないが、店内は意外に奥行きがあり、かなり広い。カウンター席やテーブル席が系列店に比べ比較的ゆったりしている。トイレは男女別で利用しやすい。焼とんや焼鳥の焼き加減はかなり適切で、かなり旨い。 3人のスタッフは威勢がよく店内は活気がある。 I visited on the weekend after a long absence. D	D-LIFE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ サービス全体　3 接客　2 味　2 スピード　3 雰囲気　2 コスパ　3 全体的に微妙ですね。焼きぎゅうって看板に書いてるから、牛肉系のメニューがあると思って行きましたが、今はやってないらしいです。鷺ノ宮近辺だと阿佐ヶ谷にあるぼてふりの四文屋の方が全体的にオススメします。四文屋ファンは多いと思うので多くは語りませんが、接客が良い四文屋ってほぼないですね。声は出すけど、愛想が無いというか目を見て会話しないというか・・・あと、どこの四文屋でもあればオススメなのはアスパラです。逆にオススメしないのが鶏皮です。カリカリし過ぎというか、シンプルに不味いです。個人的にはタバコも吸えないので、焼き鳥、焼きとんメインでやってる居酒屋でオススメは春田屋になります。 Overall service 3 Customer service 2 Taste 2 Speed 3 Atmosphere 2 Cospa 3 It's subtle overall.
