カピねこカフェ吉祥寺

初めての猫カフェの来店で、カピバラを日本初さわれる店ということで行かせて頂きました。 初めは戸惑いましたが、入室後すぐに黒猫ちゃんが肩に乗ってきてくれました。開店してすぐに行ったので予約していない状態でも問題なく入れました。カピバラさんはおとなしい感じでした。暫くして時間が経つとオッドアイの子や、ペルシャの猫？さん達が猫じゃらしで興奮して遊んでくれました。他にもしっぽの短いキジトラの猫ちゃんも暫くして肩に乗ってきて人懐こい猫達でした。 今回予約無しで奇跡的に入れましたが、 開店してすぐだと、半分の猫さん達が寝てしまっていましたが、周りに他のお客さんがいなかった分好きなだけ猫じゃらしを振り回せました。

どの猫ちゃんも人なつっこくて大人しい❗️ どんどん膝の上に乗ってきてくれます。 そしてやはりカピバラ? 思ったより硬い手触りにビックリしたけど、お行儀よくてサイコーに可愛かったです。 スタッフのかたの応対もとても親切で、あっと言う間の1時間でした。また、是非癒されに行きたいお店です。

日本で唯一、カピバラと猫に同時に触れ合えるカフェ。今まで、ありとあらゆる動物カフェへ行きましたが、カピねこカフェはダントツで良かったです。まず、料金ですが2,200円で1ドリンク+カピバラさんの餌が付いて1h滞在できます。猫ちゃんの頭数が多く、みんな人懐っこいので入り口で貸していただく猫じゃらしを持っているだけで沢山の猫ちゃんが寄ってきました。また、猫ちゃんたちはロングスカートが好きなようで、履いているとスカートの中に潜り込んできてくれます。他の猫カフェでは猫の頭数に対して入店人数が多すぎて思うように猫ちゃんと遊べないということがありましたが、こちらではそのようなことはありませんでした。私はおひとりさまで伺いましたが、店員のお姉さんが優しく話しかけてくださり、1人でも全く気にならなかったです。動物たちの体調も小まめに気にかけていらして、毛並みの良さからも大切に飼育されているのが伝わってきました。心から癒されたので、定期的にお邪魔したいと思います。

My dream to visit

Very unique experience. A cute capybara, many cats, a quiet place to spend some time besides the buzzing City. Cool :)

Overall pretty dissatisfying experience for several reasons. I know the owner likes to argue over any kind of negative comments on here, so I'm going to try and cover as much as I can. 1. My main issue was that the staff was just polite enough to not be rude, but was noticeably unfriendly towards us compared to with the other guests. One of us is a native speaker so I know there weren't any misunderstandings, and we made sure to listen to and follow the rules (literally sat on the couch without moving for an hour, threw away our garbage, had our masks over our mouths and noses, washed our hands, etc.), so I'm not sure why the staff had a bad attitude. Only difference was the other guests were Japanese. 2. Capybara was overfed veggies from the beginning of the day (staff's words, not mine) and wasn't feeling well, so we were unable to do anything other than pet its head for a few seconds. At the end of the day, if this were the only problem I would have been more understanding, but the staff's poor attitude pushed me over the edge. While I completely understand that it is an animal and animals are unpredictable and need rest, if you're providing a service for interacting with a specific type of animal, I think it should be the CAFE'S responsibility to understand that animals are unpredictable and have some kind of back-up plan/offer a partial refund if the animal isn't behaving as expected and you can't offer the experience you're selling. Even a sincere apology and some understanding about the situation being less-than-ideal would have been appreciated, but instead we got a patronizing reply from the staff when we expressed our disappointment when leaving. The cats were very cute and friendly, but there are plenty of cute and friendly cats in cafes around Tokyo and I definitely wouldn't pay 2,200 yen for a boxed drink and an hour interacting only with cats. I can't say I recommend this place to travelers when Japan re-opens. Perhaps the cafe in Harajuku with a capybara offers a better experience.

Lovely but a bit more expensive than a regular cat cafe. Also, a bit dusty. My dust allergy got triggered. But otherwise the cats are quite friendly and love to play.

Lovely place to unwind. Watching cats lying lazily around is the most relaxing thing ever. The baby capybara was so cute. The staff on duty was very kind and helpful and attentive to all guests.
