★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鯛釜飯と刺身のセット2,640円を注文。
時間がかかると思っていたら料理自体は10〜15分くらいでさっと出てきて、後は刺身や小鉢を楽しんでいるうちに火が消えて釜飯が食べごろになるのでちょうど良い塩梅。
それにしても刺身が絶品。鯛はもちろんとしても、ブリの食感が素晴らしく、噛み締めると脳を直撃するぐらいの旨味があって仰天。天然マグロと勝負できるほどの実力だった。
釜飯も小鉢も絶品で言うことなし。この値段でこれほど楽しめるのはコスパ良すぎ。東京なら13000円か！？

刺身 天ぷら 釜めし 小鉢も
どれも美味しくいただきました。
海鮮もの以外はうどんしかないので
苦手なお子さんとかが一緒だと難しいかもです。お値段高めです

お目当ての「鯛釜めしセット」を注文！
オーダー毎に釜めしを着火するので、提供までに時間はかかりましたが、やはり焚きたてを食べれば納得です。
テーブルに釜めしが到着しても、蓋を取るのを我慢し、おかずを先に食べながら、釜めしの出来上がり待ち！
蒸らしも終わり、蓋を取ると鯛の身と鯛の骨でとった出汁とのいい香りがします！
もう、後は鯛の身を解しながらかき混ぜ、熱々を一気食いです。
少々お値段しますが、満足です。

Since the kamameshi is ignited for each order, it took time to serve it, but it is still convincing if you eat freshly cooked.
Even if the kamameshi arrives at the table, put up with removing the lid, eat the side dishes first, and wait for the kamameshi to be ready!
After steaming is over, when you remove the lid, you can smell the nice scent of the sea bream meat and the soup stock from the sea bream bones!
After that, stir the sea bream while unraveling it, and eat the heat all at once.
It's a little pricey, but I'm satisfied.
