D	Dominic Atkatz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very authentic experience. Simple, but tasty menu (my favorite combo!). I suggest trying at least two out of the three main dishes. We tried the sashimi plate, and their fish(or octopus) rice bowl. Try to speak Japanese and the staff will warm up to you

Staff did not speak English but was really friendly- we translated what we wanted with our phones and showed it, worked perfect. Ask for the recommendation of the chef too! Enjoy!

E	Elna Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small little sushi-ya , amazing sushi esp the maguro, anago and hamachi. They offered set dinner as we came in but I know what I want and ask for ala-carte. For 10 pcs of sushi it was 2500yen , 550 yen for 180ml of dassai 45!!!! How reasonable ! Though the chef does not speak English, he takes out order with our requests through google translate ! Must stop by if you visit Hill of Hope!

One of the best sashimis I've had! All the dishes that they served were good! We were surprised by the pudding for dessert as we did not expect it! Best sushi place in the area and would definitely recommend it! Should have been one of the places advertised in the Shimanami cycling pamphlet!
K	Kelsey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cozy little sushi place. We got the sushi teishoku set and it was amazing! It was some of the best quality sushi I’ve ever had. The little sides were also incredible. The whole set was only ¥1,500. We also got hot sake and an extra order of the salmon because it was so tasty, and the whole bill came up to less than ¥2,000 each. I would definitely come back here again!
