寡黙で、働いているマスターのまえで、寡黙に肉をツマミ飲んでいる私がいて、気楽です。
一人なので、あれこれ食べたい時、肉の部位1枚から注文できるのは、お客様に優しい心配りだと、思います。
個人的には、ロースターが、昔ながらの鉄板を使っているのが、気にいっています。
飲み足りなければ、そのまま本店に駆け込めるところも最高です。
