I bought hot chicken but it was totally normal at all no any spicy taste in it ??? who want sweet chicken to eat ???
R	Rasheeq Islam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are in Japan. Never visit the KFC. I don't know why, but it's too oily compared to KFC in other countries. They don't have enough options either. So better avoid it.

R	Ras Berry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first chance to try KFC in Japan was here in Ginza and it was a struggle to find, due to above road, and poor gps/ maps directions. The service is friendly, but they get confused when you call a chicken burger as such, they call it a chicken sandwich. The chicken is top tasting, but the problem is the serving size, you get a small burger and very few fries on the side, to be honest most people would need 2 meals to even become close to content, but this may cost a pretty penny. If you are an international tourist, don't forget to show your passport, KFC offers 10% off upon presentation of your passport

I understand that the staff who served me didnt speak English. However, she didnt seemed friendly. It's my first time to have experienced this kind of a service. I cant speak Japanese. So, probably its a misunderstanding but still i find it rude.

Arrived at the store and there was already a queue which concerned me but the staff were helpful and directing the flow of people and the queue moved pretty quickly. The meal was tasty and well presented. Was happy with my KFC Japan experience. KFC Australia could learn a few lessons from KFC Japan.
