★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too little personnel. They do not even speak a word of English. Being illy they should be able to speak at least some Italian. Very slow in serving. The cappuccino was prepared like in Starbucks. No espresso made before pouring the steamed milk! Horrible! This is not Italian at all! Stay away. Again, this is another example of Italian decadence.
