そして何より、店員さんが皆さん素晴らしい接客だと思います。とても良いお店です！

ランチを何にするか悩みながらブラブラしていると美味しそうなお店を発見
個人的に言えば牛タン定食といえばねぎしさん一択だったのですがチキン南蛮も食べられるとの事だったので入店
テーブルについて注文させていただくと、
先におしぼりと生卵のサービス‼︎？
これはご飯の食べ方を調整しなければと色々考えることに
とろろと牛タンだけでもご飯２杯はいけるのにTKGまでできるとは、、、
待つこと5分足らずでチキン南蛮牛タン定食が到着、
ご飯のバランスを考えながら実食

当たり前ですがどちらもご飯がすすむ
先にとろろご飯にしてからハイスペックのおかずと高菜→味噌汁の順番でバランスよく
１杯目完食後、すぐにおかわりをお願いして２ラウンド目
TKGを作る卵をといてご飯へ、テーブルにあった醤油を少し加えて一口、、、
九州醤油の甘さと卵のコクがベストマッチ

以前ソラマチのうまやの楽屋さんに入って、美味しかったので、有楽町のうまやの楽屋さんにも来ました。
牛タンとろろ定食を頂きました?
ご飯とお味噌汁と高菜(写真では見えませんが)のおかわりが自由なので、うれしいです✨
まず、美味しい卵のたまごかけご飯を食べて、おかわりしました?
牛タンが美味しく、ご飯が進みます❗
お味噌汁もあっさりしており、こちらもおかわりしてしまいました✨
また食べに行きます?

牛タンとチキン南蛮がメイン？のお店の様で両方食べれるランチセットをたのみました。
トロロも食べれて、麦ご飯でいただきました。
卵もサービス？で着いている様で、半分トロロご飯、半分卵かけ御飯でいただきました。
食後に温かいお茶も出して頂けてゆっくり御飯食べれました。個人的な一人でも入りやすくて良かったです。
It is a shop in the back of the basement of Itoshia.
Mainly beef tongue and chicken savagery? I ate a lunch set that you can eat both at the shop.

豚の炙り焼きと牛タンは良い塩加減で、添えられている柚子胡椒をつけるとさっぱりとしておいしい。チキン南蛮は衣がサクサク‼タルタルソースとよく合います。サービスの生卵は卵かけご飯に…濃厚でとてもおいしくいただきました。
平日の開店まもなく訪問したので、お客様もまだ少なくゆったり食事ができました。
A shop in the underground shopping mall of Itosia. The food was very delicious and I was very satisfied with the care of the clerk.
Grilled pork and beef tongue are well salted and refreshingly delicious with the accompanying yuzu kosho. Chicken nanban has a crispy batter! It goes well with tartar sauce. The raw egg of the service was omelet rice ... It was rich and very delicious.
Since I visited the store shortly after opening on weekdays, there were still few customers and I was able to have a relaxing meal.

Don’t get down on Japanese department store food courts. They are immensely better here than in the West. The food courts have a great amount of variety and each restaurant provides a great meal at a very sensible price.
We were seated by a very kind server and given some hot tea to warm ourselves while we took a quick look again at the menu.
We both ended up ordering the same set menu which, by the way, comes with unlimited rice and miso soup. Amen!
The set menu was slices of ox tongue and pork loin grilled, grated yam paste, salad, rice, and miso soup. The smell of the grilled meat when it came to the table made my tummy rumble.
The grilled meats were tender, juicy, and had that lingering smell of charcoal. The grated yam paste was something that I really enjoyed as I ate more of it. Although it looks slimy and gooey, the yam paste compliments the rice along with a few drops of soy.
The meal was so comforting and gave us energy for the rest of the night out on the town.
