S	Shibainu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日のランチで伺いました。女性のお客さんが多めです。野菜が多く、色鮮やかで一工夫されたコース料理をゆっくりと楽しめました。店員さんもフレンドリーで気持ちが良かったです。店内の天井が高く開放感があります。半個室も広々しており、会食にお薦めです。 I visited for lunch on weekdays. There are many female customers. I enjoyed the colorful and ingenious course meal with lots of vegetables. The clerk was also friendly and comfortable. The ceiling inside the store is high and there is a feeling of openness. The semi-private room is also spacious and recommended for dinner.

The shop headed from the C8 exit of Ginza station. It's near the station! I have used it in the past, the taste was delicious and the service was good, so I visited again ☺️ I visited at 12:00 and the store was busy with measures against corona. I booked a lunch course for 2,500 yen. e	ekemtt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチとして利用。味は非常に良く一品それぞれにこだわりを感じるし、最初に出てくるフォカッチャはモチモチの口触りに適度な油加減と1品料理としても十分耐えうる良い味だと思う。一方で他の同価格帯のお店と比較したとき、給仕の教育への投資不足は否定できない。料理の説明が「見ればわかる」程度のものであり食欲をそそられるものではなかったし、厨房との連絡用と思われるヘッドセットをしているが、生かしきれずスープの後の料理が渋滞してしまったし、お水の差し替えやパンのおかわりなども目が行き届いていない。忙しいオーラもかなり出ている。決して人員が少なすぎるわけではなさそうなので、段取りと動線に何か問題があるのかもしれない。詰まるところアルバイト感が丸出しになってしまっている。流行りのアクリル製のついたては、透明度が低くかえって不衛生に感じたし客と客の間ではなく、せいぜい2人掛けごとの席と席の間に置くべきだと思う。トイレは消毒が行き渡り、多少、薬臭いがきちんとしているんだろうと好感を覚えた。リステリンが置いてあるのもありがたい。繰り返すが、料理の味はかなり良い。それに内装も綺麗でこだわりを感じる。だが、接客面やソーシャルディスタンスの取り方の対策は、同価格帯の他店のリサーチ不足のような気がする。 Used as lunch. The explanation of the food was only "understandable" and not appetizing, and I was wearing a headset that seems to be for contacting the kitchen, but I could not make full use of it and the food after the soup was congested. I haven't paid attention to the replacement of water and the replacement of bread. There is also a lot of busy aura. It seems that the number of staff is not too small, so there may be something wrong with the setup and flow lines. At the end of the day, the feeling of a part-time job is exposed. Trendy acrylic tsuitates are less transparent and feel unsanitary, and I think they should be placed between seats for every two people at best, not between customers.
