★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 映画からテレビドラマまで、映画を語る上で欠かすことのできない木下惠介監督の記念館。浜松の出身で記念館ではありますが、ここが出生地や育った場所というわけではなく、旧浜松銀行協会の建物が使用されています。元々は浜松駅の近くにあったようですが、こちらに移転したので、駅からは遠くなり徒歩で15分程度です。浜松駅から大通りで目指すと、途中に必ず通らなくてはいけない地下道があり、階段の登り降りが発生します。なので観光のちょっとついでにキャリーで、というのは辛いです。

If you aim at the main street from Hamamatsu Station, there is an underpass that must be reached on the way, and stairs will go up and down. That's why it's hard to carry around a bit of sightseeing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 浜松市内の名所を見学しようと、レンタサイクルで訪れた。我々二人しか訪問客がいないのが、寂しい。映画ファンならずとも有名な監督なので、このような記念館はもっと大切にされるべき。木下氏が生前に愛用した服、仕事に使った椅子、文房具なども展示されている。年表も掲示板されていて、入場者の生い立ちと比べてみても興味が湧くだろう。係員が簡単に説明してくれた。成る程、成る程、と私たちは頷く。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駅から歩いていける距離に地元の偉大な監督の記念館があるのはやはり文化都市の一つの証明でしょう。
建物もレトロで家具や細かい金具なども凝っておりそれだけでも十分価値があります。展示物も本人所有の書物から家具、洋服、現場の監督イスといった私物があります。本人の半生を大まかに網羅できる年表や少年期のエピソードなどもあり作品以外の人格もぼんやりと浮かびあがります。
作品関連資料も写真やトロフィーなどたくさんあり説明がどれも丁寧です。館内オリジナルの監督作品を紹介する短編ドラマのようなものが流れておりけっこう好きでした。
定期的に木下監督作品の上映会をしているそうです。
映画ポスターのポスターカードやクリアファイルなど物販なども視野にいれてもっと収入を増やし継続的な運営をしてほしいと思うほど素敵な施設でした。
入場料100円ですが価値はもっとあります。館内写真を投稿している人がいますが禁止なので気をつけて下さい。

There is a chronology and boyhood episodes that can roughly cover the person's life, and the personality other than the work is also dimly highlighted.
There are many works related materials such as photographs and trophies, and all explanations are polite. I like the short drama that introduces the director's original film in the hall and I love it.
It seems that Kinoshita director's films are regularly screened.
It was such a wonderful facility that I wanted to increase my income and operate continuously with a view to selling products such as poster cards for movie posters and clear files.
The entrance fee is 100 yen, but there is more value. There are people posting photos in the hotel, but please be careful as it is prohibited.
