市街地の外れにあって、眺めのよい場所で静かな雰囲気を味わえるものと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 公園を出て すぐ住宅地はありますが 車の音もなく 鳥のさえずりがよく聞こえ 静かでゆっくり過ごせます。古墳があるので 起伏があるのも良いところなのかも。トイレもあります。
There is a residential area right after leaving the park, but there is no sound of cars and you can hear the birds singing well. You can spend a quiet and relaxing time. Since there is an old burial mound, it may be a good place to have undulations. There is also a toilet.

古墳公園は古墳の上にも上がれてベンチもトイレも有ります、子供さんなんかは鬼ごっこなどでおもいっきり遊べる公園、木々も多く森林浴にもなりそうな感じです?！⛰️

駒形札の解説には「勝山」の由来が書かれています。
1592年、戦のため肥前名護屋へ向かう太閤豊臣秀吉を関白豊臣秀次が向日明神の茶屋で出迎えました。
この時、秀吉が山号を「勝山」と付けたと伝わります。
