★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コソコソ立ち話や対応が横柄なスタッフがいる。感じが悪い。患者の選り好みをしているようで、知人や古くから通っている人なのか、看護師まで出てきて楽しそうに会話している人がいるかと思えば、受付の態度が素っ気なさすぎる時もあり、不愉快だった。
There is a staff who is arrogant to talk and response. I feel bad. The receptionist's attitude seems too good, as it seems that they are choosing patients and whether they are acquaintances, old people or even nurses come out and have a pleasant conversation. Yes, it was unpleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付はやっぱりクリニックの顔ですよね〜〜で、受付の方も感じがよく、先生はとてもわかりやすく説明してくれました。看護師ではなく看護助手が先生のサポートしていましたが、感じのいい方でしたよ。クリニックは綺麗でした。（骨折にて初めて受診）
The receptionist is the face of the clinic, isn't it? The receptionist feels good, and the teacher explained it in a very easy-to-understand manner. The teacher supported me by a nursing assistant, not a nurse, but it felt good. The clinic was beautiful. (First visit for a broken bone)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の方は親切だけど、先生は聞き返さないと聞こえない小声でボソボソ話すし、他の病院でこういう診断を受けたが治らないので来たと相談したら「そんな症状聞いたことない。あり得ない」と小馬鹿にしたような返事。
結局湿布数枚出されて「痛むならまた来て」で終わり。
痛むから来てんだけど？と思ったのでそれから行ってないし二度と行かない。
The receptionist is kind, but the teacher speaks in a whisper that I can't hear unless I listen back, and when I consulted with him that he had been diagnosed at another hospital but couldn't heal, he said, "I've never heard of such a symptom. It's impossible." A ridiculous reply.
After all, several compresses were put out and it ended with "If it hurts, come again".
I'm coming because it hurts? I thought, so I didn't go there and never go again.
