診療・説明は丁寧にして頂けました。

おかげで、診察はだいぶ待たされるのは、タマに傷かもしれませんが(笑)
それでも、治療後に不安になるよりは、よっぽどマシです。
あと、リハビリスタッフは対応も手際も良く、こちらも安心して受けられると思います。

腰が痛くて歩行が困難だったのですが、レントゲンの結果について説明は何もないまま、医師は自分の質問以外はまったく受け付けないのか、顔も見ずに投げやりにどんどん話を続けるので、そのコミュニケーションに非常に驚いてしまいました。医療従事者として、というより、人としてこれはどうなのかというレベルです。戸惑いながらもレントゲンの結果を訊いたのですが、こちら側の話を遮って小馬鹿にした様な口調で話される上に、会話は常に医師からの一方通行。その説明も内容が矛盾しているため、非常に分かりづらい。そのまま、看護士の方に退室を促されていました。驚いたのと悔しい気持ちで、唖然としながら帰ったことが、今でも忘れられません。
翌月、総合病院にて入院となりました。総合病院の先生に「辛かったでしょう。」と言われ、さすがに涙がこぼれました。
こちらの評価を見る限り、患者によって医師の対応が全く違うのでしょうか。評価にとても疑問を感じます。当時のコミュニケーションが例え一時的だとしても、人間性に疑問を持たざるを得ません。他に、同じ感想を持たれた方は、本当にいないのでしょうか。
一ヶ月以上我慢し続けた日も辛かったのですが、何よりも医師、看護士の方の良心を全く感じられなかったことがショックでした。

As far as I can see from the evaluation here, does the treatment of the doctor differ depending on the patient? I feel very doubtful about the evaluation. Even if communication at the time was temporary, we had to question humanity. Is there really no one who has the same impression?
It was a painful day to endure for over a month, but above all I was shocked that I could not feel the conscience of the doctors and nurses at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何度か家族がお世話なりましたが、院長先生の診察はどこの医者よりも的確で治療も丁寧です。今回は中学１年の息子に対しても診療結果や治療方針をわかりやすく説明してくれました。また、日常生活や部活に対する配慮もされていてとても信頼できます。
病院内も清潔で落ち着いた雰囲気でスタッフの皆さんも笑顔でとても気が利く対応してくださり以前書かれている口コミのような悪い感じは一切受けませんでした。
ちなみに嫁の原因不明の足の指の痛みも甥の陥入爪も的確な診察と治療で完治しました。

こんな所で治療してもらいたくなくて受信する前にキャンセルして別の病院に行った。二度と行かない。
