m	michael may on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 貴重な日本酒『十四代』を味わえる素晴らしいお店！山形の美味しいお酒と食べ物を一通り楽しめる居酒屋さんでした。食べたこともない山菜のおひたしや山形牛、今の時期出てくる細竹、これぞ山形！な郷土料理が揃っているので観光客には嬉しい。お店の方の日本酒の知識がすごくて、丁寧に丁寧にひとつひとつの日本酒を説明してくださる姿に、ああ本当に山形のお酒を愛してはるんやなあと感じました。新しく開発された酒米『雪女神』で作られた日本酒もとても美味しかったです。まだ全国的に認知されておらず、今ならお得に飲めるそうですよ～。日本酒好きなら絶対行って欲しいお店です！ A wonderful shop where you can taste the precious sake "14th generation"! 大	大奈 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜日に予約なしで開店と同時に入店してカウンター席に案内されました。山形で十四代?を飲んでみたくてやっと念願叶いました。日本酒の品揃えが豊富で十四代もいろいろあって迷い、羽州誉と極上諸白を飲みました。どちらもとても美味しい? お通し３種からして美味しい✨ 最初に「いも煮」をいただきました。美味しくて?とよく合います。「山形産マッシュルームのガーリックバター焼き」?「焼き明太子」今回日帰りで新幹線の時間を気にしてだったのでたくさん飲んで食べてが出来なくて残念? お酒もお料理もとても美味しかったから次回は泊まりで存分に堪能したいです。店長さんに山形のお酒が好きならとお酒のパンフレットをいただきました。飲んでみたいお酒が出来て楽しみが増えました? H	Hiroshi K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 此方も１５年ぶりぐらいの再訪です・・。今や日本一入手困難といっても過言ではない山形の地酒「十四代」が、酒販店を通さず、全国で唯一直接販売をしてるという居酒屋「酒菜一」・・。以前は「居酒屋」というよりも「日本酒ＢＡＲ」的な雰囲気の店だったんだけれど随分拡張したんですね・・小上りがたくさん出来てました・・。それにしても「十四代」・・人気酒なのは判るんだけれど、ドバイのレストランなんかにいくと最上級ランクの「龍泉」が一本７０万円だかで売られてるそうですね・・アラブ人・・大丈夫か・・？味をちゃんとわかって買ってくれてると良いんですけどね・・(^_^;) 話はズレましたが、酒肴も一品一品レベルが高く素晴らしいお店ですね。 This is also the first time in 15 years to revisit ... d	deepaxx07 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good Japanese restaurant (izakaya) .the manager there is a nice man , he recommended us some very nice local dishes, chicken cooked in mayonnaise and wasabi is there original recipe and Definitely worth a try , the menu there is only in Japanese language with no photographs so a little difficult to choose for foreigners.the only negative thing i feel is they open until 11 o’clock in the evening and the last order is 10 o’clock feels a little earlier then usual for izakaya style . Counter seats is preferable as the rooms looks a little small . The prices are a little higher side . Credit cards accepted.
