ラーメンはベースはつけ麺と一緒っぽいけど酸味がなくラーメンらしいアレンジになってて美味しい

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 尻手黒川沿いに店舗があります。味噌つけ麺750円＋大盛200円とラーメン700円を注文しました。味噌つけ麺は味が濃く麺にスープが絡んで美味しかったです。ラーメンは少し薄味です。ランチタイムはライスが無料です。女性定員さんの対応がイマイチです。駐車場はありません。
There is a store along Shirete Kurokawa. I ordered 750 yen for seasoned noodles + 200 yen for Omori and 700 yen for ramen. The miso-noodles were rich in taste and the soup was delicious. Ramen is a bit light. Rice is free for lunch time. Correspondence of female capacity is imitation. There is no parking lot.

が気分悪い。
かたてまというか、趣味なんだ
ろうな、と思いますよ。
アルバイトかパートさんです。
インスタントラーメンよりは、
そりゃマシです。
材質が良いからであって、店員
として、職人として工夫してる
という一面が何も無いです。
駐車場も無いし多分、行かない。

しょっぱめで、私の口には合いませんでしたが、お店は賑わっていました。
お水はセルフ。
カウンターに仕切りがあり、感染対策もされていました。

30年以上前に通ってたこの店の姉妹店が急に懐かしくなってわざわざ行ってみた。やっぱり美味しかった。
人それぞれだろうけど、僕はこの麺とスープが良いなぁ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ もう40年近く通っています。
ここの名物はなんと言っても からし麺です！刻んだザーサイをラー油に漬け込んだ からしと呼ばれる物をラーメンの上にかけてあるのですが、これがヤミツキになります。
あと、味噌ラーメンも美味しいです。
ただ、ここ最近は美味しいラーメン屋さんが増えてきているので、ちょいと進化して欲しいなぁと思いました。

The specialty here is mustard noodles! A thing called mustard, which is made by soaking chopped Zha cai in chili oil, is hung on top of the ramen.
