ユ	ユーザーGoogle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一見でふらっと入ったお店でしたが大当たりでした。何を頼もうか迷ってしまう程のメニューの数々、大好きな辛味噌ラーメンと味噌ダレ餃子を注文。辛さは丁度良く旨味もあって汗をかきながら最後まで飽きない美味しさでした。苦手な人には辛過ぎるかもしれません。味噌ダレ餃子も他店に無く個性的でした。後日リピートで月間一番人気らしい特製味噌ラーメンを注文。濃厚なスープで辛味噌ラーメンのベースはこの旨味だったのかと分かりました。 At first glance, it was a shop that I entered casually, but it was a big hit. It was a rich soup and I knew that the base of the spicy miso ramen was this umami.

They serve different kinds of miso ramen, and amazingly the ramen soup tastes differently. You can tell one taste to another. Everything in one bowl is perfectly balance. We've tried a lot of other ramen shop and it is always disappointing. This by far is the best ramen shop for miso based soup. Highly recommend!
