美味しかった！！
トマトでサッパリしてて。

店内のエアコンが全然きいてなかったので
「もっとエアコン強くしてください」
と言ったら
「すみません、壊れてるんです」
と言われた。
「ぢゃあ暑すぎるので帰ります」
と言ったら
「もうラーメンセットできちゃいます」
と言われ、汗つゆだくの中でラーメンセット食べたとさ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ おおぎやさんの味噌ラーメンは、ハズレがない安定ぶりだと常々思ってましたが、今日ははじめて小島田店に伺いました。
国道50号と県道が交差する小島田交差点のまさにその角にあります。
わかりやすいですね。
おおぎやさんといえば、味噌がウリのはずですが、駐車場などの看板では東京トンコツや坦々麺を売り込んでいます。このあたりの自由度の高さや裁量の幅もいい感じです。
入店。店内は古い感じですが、清潔です。店員の接客は、ラーメン店として平均以上、おおぎやチェーンとしては中の下。
今日は季節限定の酒粕味噌ラーメンをいただきます。
程なくして到着。舌の焼けるような熱さを期待してましたが、全然ヌルいですね。冬の寒さの中で身体を温めるメニューとして用意したのでしょうが…
これでは麺の茹で加減が上手であっても、スープの温度がすべてぶち壊しにしています。
それから、薬味のネギですが、１．5センチの幅もあるのが入ってました。加熱されていない生ネギをこの大きさに切って入れるとは、材料と客を粗末にしているとしか思えませんでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本社が群馬にあって、隣県にも展開しているラーメン店です。直営店はやや大きいですが、フランチャイズ店はそれぞれですね。やはり味噌ラーメンがイチオシですかね。個人的には辛ネギをトッピングした味噌ラーメンが好きです?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 待ち時間に寄りました。開店数分前だったけど、どうぞお入り下さい。とか、一人なのに、どうぞテーブル席お使い下さい。とか親切でした。ネギ味噌ラーメンご馳走さまでした。
I stopped to wait. It was a few minutes before opening, Please come in. Toka, though one person, please use please table seating. It was kind of kind. It was green onion miso ramen feast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初訪問は20年くらい前だと思いますが、国道50号線を通った時の定番食事処として何度か利用させて貰ってます。遠方なのであまりお店には行けませんが旅の途中で食べるここの味噌ラーメンが忘れられない味になっています。
I think my first visit was about 20 years ago, but I have been using it several times as a standard restaurant when I passed Route 50. I can't go to the shop very much because it's far away, but the miso ramen here that I eat during my trip has an unforgettable taste.
