麺は手打ちで注文が入る度に粉落とし、手揉みをしっかりとやってから茹でているので麺にぬめりは無く、つるっとした感じになっていて最高です。
スープは佐野系で上のギョウザの具はすごく美味しいくて病みつきになる味
 I had Gyoza Ramen.
The noodles are hand-made and powdered every time an order is placed, and the noodles are boiled after being thoroughly kneaded, so the noodles are not slimy and have a smooth feel.
The soup is Sano-based and the above Gyoza ingredients are very delicious and addictive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022年3月に訪問、祝祭日を除く月曜～金曜の昼の部は、店内飲食の餃子が200円。通常300円の餃子が200円になります。チャーシューメン950円と餃子を注文。手打ちの柔らか麺でスープはあっさり。餃子はニンニクが入っています。一品料理にライス200円でスープが付きます。
Visited in March 2022, the lunch section from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, is 200 yen for dumplings for eating and drinking in the store. Usually 300 yen dumplings are 200 yen. I ordered char siu noodles for 950 yen and dumplings. The soup is light with handmade soft noodles. The dumplings contain garlic. A dish with rice for 200 yen and soup.

古いお店ですが店内の清掃や整頓が素晴らしく行き届いていて感動するくらい気持ちのいい店内です。
メニューも実にシンプル。
餃子とレバニラ炒めとラーメンを頼みました。
餃子、注文してから握るんですね。びっくり！
ニラも注文してから切り始めました。
手早い鍋捌きであっという間にレバニラが出来上がり。レバーとニラのみの本当にシンプルなレバニラです。
味もとてもシンプルなしょうゆ味で私にとっては少し濃いめでしたがご飯と食べたらきっととまらないんだろうなぁと思いました。
レバーもぷりぷりでニラもシャキシャキで歯切れが良く最高です。
ラーメンもとてもシンプルな醤油ラーメン。
麺は手打ちですかね？スープとよく馴染む太めのモチモチした麺です。
スープも出汁が出ていてコクもあってとても美味しい。
懐かしいラーメンです。
餃子は小ぶりの餃子が6個。
野菜メインな感じでこれは普通に可もなく不可もなしな感じの餃子でしたが普通に美味しかったし値段が300円というのが魅力的ですね。
ラー油使ってませんが手作りかな？って感じがしました。
とにかく店内本当にキレイにされています。
ご夫婦はご高齢ですが
いつまでもお二人で鍋が振れなくなるまで頑張っていただきたいと思いました。
また食べに行きます！

I ordered dumplings, fried levanilla and ramen.
Gyoza, you hold it after ordering. I was surprised!
After ordering the garlic chives, I started cutting.
Levanilla is ready in no time with quick pot handling. It is a really simple Levanilla with only liver and garlic.
The taste was very simple and it was a little strong for me, but I thought it wouldn't stop if I ate it with rice.
The liver is also plump and the garlic is crispy and crisp and the best.
The ramen is also very simple soy sauce ramen.
Is the noodles handmade? Thick, chewy noodles that blend well with soup.
The soup is soup stock and rich, so it's very delicious.
It is a nostalgic ramen.
There are 6 small dumplings.
It's mainly vegetables, and this is a dumpling that is usually neither good nor bad, but it was usually delicious and the price is 300 yen, which is attractive.
I don't use chili oil, but is it handmade? I felt that.
Anyway, the inside of the store is really beautiful.
Although the couple are elderly
I would like you to do your best until the pot does not shake.
I'm going to eat again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 餃子ラーメンとニララーメン美味しかったです。特にニララーメンに乗ってるニラが美味しくて、どう調理してるのかカウンターで覗きたかったです。
手打ち麺でシンプルなスープが美味しいです。
好みじゃなかったらどうしようなんて心配いらずで食べていてホッとします。
後で胸焼けする心配なく安心して食べられます。
建物は古いですが、テーブルがラーメンの汁を飛ばすのも躊躇われるほど、いつもピカピカです。
The dumpling ramen and garlic ramen were delicious. Especially the garlic on the garlic ramen was delicious and I wanted to see how it was cooked at the counter.

ご夫婦で仲良くやられておりました。
