★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 確か、自分が小さいころ上野公園の近くでやっていたお店が都市開発等で移転されて、今の場所に移ったのをグーグルマップで知ったので昔美味しかった記憶を胸に尋ねてみました。
行ってみたら独特の機械を使って都まんを作っているのを見て変わってないなぁと思いました。
形も丸く一口大のサイズで、味も白あんがさっぱりしていて皮もカステラみたいな食感で相変わらず美味しかったです。
焼きたての食感は程よい暖かさでフワフワした感じですが、冷めてもおいしいので上野に寄った時のお土産に如何でしょうか？

あんこは ほんの少ししか入っておらず、カステラの間に、塗っている程度、今まで 他で食べた どの都まんじゅうより、劣るものでした。がっかりしました。
