★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only was the curry the best curry I’ve ever eaten, but the place feels like you’re at a friend’s house and they’re cooking for you. It’s really nice and homey and the guy running the whole show is very nice.
If you’re looking to find it, you have to go into the little alley and go up the stairs to the second floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice curry, simple menu, one man enterprise. Made with pride and enthusiasm portion after portion (be prepared to wait a bit). I got big portion and the sauce was not enough for the amount of rice, meat was a bit scarcer too - that separates it from 5 stars for me. The curry is thinner and mixes with the rice well. Will visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An authentic experience! The owner/cook, counter, and chairs, exist in a space no bigger than a minivan, but the food and atmosphere were fantastic. Always great to find a real neighbourbood-spot so close to all the tourist areas. Highly recommended. Just remember to go around to the side door - the front is a cafe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice little curry place - very clean with 7 seats at the counter where the owner cooks his curry, max 2 at a time, very thoroughly and carefully. Only 1 curry on the menu. Very quite guy, don't expect conversation, but he's got chill music on and you can watch him work hard as he makes delicious Japanese curry with care! Definitely worth the visit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place only serves one thing: curry. Fortunately for the owner, the curry is delicious. I ordered the set of curry and chai tea, and both were delightful. The curry had a complex flavor and a spicy kick. The pickled cabbage and carrots served along side it paired well with the curry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really fun little curry shop. Down a little hallway and on the second floor. Such a nice home cooked feel after days of travel. The owner is quiet and methodical, the combo set has balanced flavors and every inch of space seems well thought out. I felt like I was getting a meal from a friend.
