Disappointed to find most of the main dish is cabbage with a few tiny bits of seafood, the 'appetizer' a small two finger piece size fish tempura pancake charged twice, not worth it.

They'll even help you cook if you ask nicely. The atmosphere is one where its bustling. Even though smoking is allowed the ventilation is good enough that you never notice at all. All in all a great dining experience.

The staff personally sprays disinfectant on your clothes front and back after you have stepped out. Also, they served us octopus which we didn't have a choice to change to something else ! ? But we ate it anyway! Overall great place for a lively dinner!

We were fooled by the crowd here, it’s fairly touristic place and food turned out to be mediocre though the service is acceptable. We wouldn’t have mind the cover charge (¥380) and the minimum order of one dish per person if the food is good. The service is friendly however food is so-so, the wait staffs were kind to offer to cook the food for us. We were and ordered 3 dishes as per the restaurant’s requirement however the third dish took a while to arrive, we had to enquire about it and the wait staff told us it’s arriving. It arrived 10 minutes later. 食べ物はここではよくありません The food is not good here in our opinion. It’s a one time experience for us and we would not go back for sure. I have had much better okonomiyaki outside. I’m not sure if they charge locals the same cover charge as us?

For those of you who have eaten okonomiyaki before especially in 関西(kansai), this is like its Tokyo version:) The restaurant staff are very friendly. They will proactively offer help to cook unless you wish to try it yourself. They did a very good job. I personally recommend “mentaiko with cheese topping” and “yaki soba”.
