★ ★ ★ ★ ★ タンメンが美味しいお店です。辛さも選べるのですが、私は苦手なので、1辛です。
それでも、汗が出ます。
今度は、辛さ無しを食べてみたいです。出汁が美味い‼️
 Tanmen is a delicious restaurant. You can choose the spiciness, but I'm not good at it, so it's one spicy.

コロナの影響で店内の人はまばら。
ですが、改めて最高に美味いたん麺です！
ピリ辛で旨味のあるスープと、博多ラーメンのような細くてコシのある麺、たっぷりの野菜に海鮮、そして胡麻の風味。
食べ応えもあり、絶品です。
一押しのお店。
First visit this year.
The number of people in the store is sparse due to the influence of Corona.
However, it is the best tasting noodles again!
Spicy and umami soup, thin and chewy noodles like Hakata ramen, plenty of vegetables, seafood, and sesame flavor.
There is also a response to eating, and it is excellent.

一般的な塩味のタンメンとは全くの別物。
広島の辛いつけめんや混ぜ麺からインスパイアされているのかな。辛い少量のスープで、麺と野菜を炒めた、オリジナリティある一品。
●普通盛りでも、大人の男が食べて満腹になりました。ボリューム◎
●結構辛いです。「辛いの得意ではないけど好き」という私が、辛いなー＞旨いなー、となるのが2辛でした。1辛がスタンダードみたいです。
最初の数口は感動しましたが後半はだれてしまったので、小盛りにするか、何か味変トッピングしようかと思います。

It's completely different from ordinary salty tanmen.
I wonder if it was inspired by Hiroshima's spicy tsukemen and mixed noodles. An original dish of fried noodles and vegetables in a small amount of spicy soup.

● It's quite painful. I said, "I'm not good at spicy food, but I like it," but it was spicy-> delicious. 1 spicy seems to be the standard.
I was impressed with the first few mouths, but I was sick in the second half, so I'd like to make a small serving or some taste-changing topping.

タンメン食べましたが…これなら自分で作ったほうがマシです。
①上に乗ってる野菜に全く味ついてない(°_°)
②スープに旨味も深みもコクも何もない（野菜を炒めてスープで煮込まないせいかな？）(・・?)
③その割には普通盛り１０００円(・Д・)
これなら一通りの野菜・麺・ウェイパー買って自分で作った方が間違いなく美味しい
③は大して気になりませんが、本当に久しぶりに残して帰るか悩んだぐらいのレベルだったので書きました。

カウンター、テーブル、座敷があり少人数から家族で行けるお店です。
メニューはつけ麺とタン麺の2種類。
つけ麺、タン麺ともに1〜10辛が選べます。
つけ麺と一緒の感覚でタン麺5辛を注文。
メチャクチャ辛かったです。
辛いの苦手な人は1辛からオススメします。
クチコミ件数、★が高いだけあって美味しかったです。
今度はつけ麺に挑戦します。

I ordered 5 spicy tanmen with the same feeling as tsukemen.
It was messy.
For those who are not good at spicy food, we recommend starting from 1 spicy food.
It was delicious because the number of reviews and ★ was high.
Next time I will try Tsukemen.

こちら「叶」さんのは辛味に振った味付けです。
メニューは基本、つけ麺&たん麺の２種。
量（小～特盛）辛さ（１～10辛）を選びます。
本日は❝たん麺 小 ３辛￥900❞をいただきました。
❝小❞とは言え、野菜炒めタップリ！中々のボリュームです。
熱々の野菜に海鮮、豚肉入り。
麺は中太でもっちり。辛旨スープと良く合います。
プラスゆでたまごが標準装備ってのはうれしいですね(^^)
辛さはラー油の量できまるのでしょうか？
３辛で少々汗がでちゃいました(^^;)
卓上の調味料はスパイシーな麺料理に合うお酢のみ、シンプルです。
店内の席はカウンターメイン。
奥には掘りごたつ式の座敷とテーブル席もあります。
そして、白壁には著名人のサインがいっぱい(^^)
熱さを求めるならたん麺、冷たさならつけ麺てとこでしょうか。
支払いは現金のみです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ つけ麺をいただきました。１辛から10辛まで選べます。初めてだったので１辛を選びましたがそれでもそれなりに辛かったです。つけ麺は普通サイズでも量があり食べ応えもありました。付け汁には美味いがあり麺にはコシがありました。おいしかったです。
