またサイドメニューのチャンジャおむすびが最高！
油そば二種もさすが！の素晴らしさです。
店内は清潔、ソーシャルディスタンスが徹底されています。
It's a wonderful Hiroshima tsukemen with a good balance of taste, finish and temperature.

そう言えば、夜もあいてると
フェイスブックに夜営業開始の記事がありまして、早速２次会で行って来ました。
つけ麺は、野菜大盛りにして
一人づつ つけ麺も頼み
油そばは、皆で味見して
チャンジャ巻きも頼みました❗
旨かった。
また、ちょいちょい立ち寄ります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ からーいつけ麺 、あぶら蕎麦が売りのお店。辛さはいろいろ選べる。チャーシューによく味が染みててよかね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ つけ麺を食べに夜に何度か訪問してますが店員さんの仕事がほんとに遅い。お客さんがいなくても注文後10~15分待つのは当たり前。注文取りに来るのも５分位は平気で待たせる。無駄な動きが本当に多い。
注文しようとしても皿を洗ってたり仕込みをしている途中だとそれが終わるまで待たされる。
味は悪くはないし近場につけ麺屋がないからたまに行くけど店員さんいい加減成長せんかな。
追記
定員さん少し年配の元気の良い方に変わってた。感じは悪くないけど多少うざい。
麺の茹で時間変えたのかな？タイマーで時間計ってたし氷でちゃんと締めてたけど、以前のような歯切れのよい状態ではなく若干だけど麺の柔らかさがあってあまり好みではなくなった。

The taste isn't bad and I don't have a tsukemen shop nearby so I go there once in a while

Capacity has changed to a slightly older and more energetic person. It doesn't feel bad, but it's a little annoying.
Did you change the time to boil the noodles? I used a timer to time it and tightened it with ice, but it wasn't as crisp as it used to be, but the noodles were a little soft and I didn't like it very much.

大々辛で食べたのが失敗だったのか、辛味が先行して出汁の味をうまく感じられず人気店たる由縁を味わうことができなかった。
本来は辛みとキャベツの甘味とスープの出汁がうまく合わさって美味しく感じるのだろう。

味は好みがありますから一概にどうのと申し上げるのは敢えて控えますが、俯瞰で見ても美味しいお店だと思います。
私は個人的に嫌な思いをした経験があるので、ホスピタリティ面では大いに改善の必要を認めます。
味を絶賛しながらも星が2つなのは、そのような理由からです。
純粋につけ麺の味だけを評価するならば…
星5つです。
