★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 江戸御府内八十八ヵ所霊場の参拝でお伺いしました。
新義真言宗のお寺で長谷山元興寺加納院といい、霊場第六十四番札所になります。
御本尊は寄木造り漆箔玉眼の阿弥陀如来像で中尊は通肩定印(両肩を衣でおおい両手の指を阿弥陀定印に結ぶ)の坐像です。
脇侍の観音菩薩・勢至菩薩の両菩薩像は腰をかがめて来迎の形をとっている。
門前に札所の標石が立ち寺格がうかがえる朱塗りの山門が映える、境内の樹木は手入れがゆきとどき癒される空間になっています。

1611年に神田北寺町に創建。のち1680年にこの谷中の地に移転しました。

This is Haseyama Gango-ji Kanoin, a Shingon Buddhist temple in Yanaka. I could see the beautifully blooming hydrangea from the vermilion gate, and unintentionally released the shutter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 慶長16年（1611）に尊慶が開基となり、神田北寺町に創建し、延宝8年（1680）当地へ移転したと伝わります。御本尊の木造阿弥陀如来立像は台東区指定文化財。有り難く、御府内八十八ヶ所霊場第64番札所の御朱印 ”阿弥陀如来” を頂きました。
