★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 谷中にある天台宗総持院は広隆山元導寺と号します。首都圏の寺社仏閣を網羅している猫の足あとによると以下の通り
総持院は、栄松法印が慶長16年（1611）神田寺町に創建、慶安元年 （1648）当地へ移転したといいます。江戸期には、大久保加賀守から預けられた泰源院殿覚法（徳川家康の長子岡崎信康、織田信長の命により切腹）、了台院殿妙正心安大姉（織田信長の娘）の二童子を護摩堂に祀り、大久保家の代参を受けていたといいます。
