以前のノーマル中華系(？)から四川系にリニューアルという感じでしょうか。
汁なしタンタンメンは花山椒がきいており、なるほど四川らしいピリッとした辛さだと思いました。
炒飯、サラダ、点心、デザートなどがおかわり自由のバイキング形式になっているので、大食いの人には良いのではないかと。
ご馳走さまでした。

ただ、入り口付近の席は涼しくて春先は若干辛い。
