単なるお料理のコースで美味しいだけではなく、メニューが素材や単語だけなので料理を想像してワクワクしたり、盛り付けや順番も楽しい時間に一役買っていて、幸せなひとときを過ごすことができました。
オーナーシェフはもちろん、ソムリエ兼ホール担当の方もいつも丁寧で優しい物腰の接客で、子連れでも大人同士でものんびり食事を楽しむ事が出来ます。
ごちそうさまでした。
I used it with my family for the 13th anniversary monthly course of the shop.
Not only is it delicious with a simple cooking course, but the menu is only ingredients and words, so I was excited to imagine cooking, and the arrangement and order also played a role in a fun time, so I was able to have a happy time.
Not only the owner chef, but also the sommelier and the person in charge of the hall are always polite and gentle, so you can enjoy a leisurely meal with children or adults.

パスタはほぼ食べたので、今回はラザニアを
4種類のチーズ を楽しめるラザニア美味しかったです！

こんなに沢山食べれるかなぁ～なんて
思ったのですが。
盛り付けも上品で

「楽しく」最後まで食べきることが難しくなってきた私たち世代（50代）。
あれ？皆ではない？
フレンチやイタリアンならなおのこと。
そこで友人たちに誘われたのがココ、神田近くの「カンティーニ」さん。
「少量多皿」の美食が味わえるとのこと。
魅力的な響き。
噂に違わず少しずついろいろ、驚きのプレゼンとともに供される皿の数々（なんと14皿！）には魅了される。
奇抜であったりアーティスティックな盛り付けだけど、食べたときに？なイノベーティブなお店も多いけど
こちらのお料理は素材の味をしっかり生かした本質を捉えたシンプルに美味しいと思えるお料理。
ペアリングで出してもらったワインもお料理に寄り添っててグー！（って最近言わない？）
いつも最後まで（胃が）心地よく完食できないこの頃だけど
今日は最後までどころかチーズ＆食後酒まで堪能。
してやられた夜でした。
端的におススメ。
