大好きな普通のタンメンを目指します。並んでいるし、相席だけど来ちゃうんです。安心するんです。優しい味です。

麺は三河屋製麺の黄色く厚みのある縮れ平打ち麺。
茹で加減は固めで個人的に好みの固さでした。
具材は豚肉、キャベツ、モヤシ、人参、玉葱、ニラ？、キクラゲ、刻みニンニクで構成。
豚肉は肩ロースの大きくカットされた物が一つ。
臭みはないがやや固めの肉質。
野菜は全体的にシャッキリな仕上がり。
刻みニンニクは緑色に着色した加工品？？？
スープはやや茶濁した塩味で熱々な温度。
やや油分が多めですが及第点の出来栄え。

The soup has a slightly turbid salty taste and a hot temperature.
It's a little oily, but the finish is good.
It was a treat.

麺はしっかり太め。
少しとろみがあるマイルドな塩味で、ブラックペッパーをかけて食べるのが好きです。
学生時代からだからもう20年以上のファンです。
埼玉に住むようになってからも、これを食べるためだけに東京に行きます。あー思い出すだけでよだれでる。。
